The BodE Story
Health & Fitness has always been extremely important to me, and there is nothing quite like feeling that you get after a workout. Getting fitter & stronger is a journey that involves commitment, dedication and a strong desire to constantly work on yourself. There is no quick fix to achieving the body that you want.
My workout style is based on interval training with high-intensity cardio boosts combined with less intense recovery periods. I think that it is extremely important to get your heart rate up, but I also like to slow it down & work on specific muscle groups. It is important to remember that my videos are filmed to show you how I train, but all of the exercises should be done at your own pace. The most important thing is that you have fun, feel comfortable, and see results! My aim is to create a community of likeminded individuals who want to shape up and get fitter without having to go to a gym or workout class.
